I'M A MAKER AND A LOVER OF THE OUTDOORS.
I may be an entertainment technician by trade, but spending time in the outdoors is what keeps me sane and balanced. I love backpacking, hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and skiing, but as we all know, these hobbies can be expensive! Because I've been sewing since I was young, I started experimenting with some ultralight DIY projects, and found a passion for handcrafting gear and accessories.
I'm always brainstorming and trying out prototypes for outdoor gear, and playing around with high-tech fabrics and components. I'm passionate about making backpacking and hiking easier and more accessible for everyone, and lightening your load can be the difference between a miserable trip and a great one. Much of the gear I make started as an idea that was then prototyped and field-tested by myself, my husband, or my outdoorsy friends and associates.
In the field of ultralight backpacking equipment, I believe that the small makers are the ones creating some of the best gear, and I'm proud to be part of this talented community. I also pride myself in providing the best possible customer service and experience. All of my outdoor products and accessories are handmade right here in sunny California.
