Our name, "Yaaruin," pronounced yuh-ghoo-en, is derived from the Yup'ik language and translates to "story knife." The story knife is a traditional tool used in storytelling by the Yup'ik people.
Yaaruin reflects our commitment to crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our clients' audiences. Additionally, it brings to the forefront our respect for Indigenous cultures and traditions, and our commitment to working in ways that honor and incorporate diverse perspectives and values.
